Resource Summary View¶
The Resource Summary View provides a centralized panel where you can manage all business resources (ASBOs) registered within a BizMetry Profile.
Resources represent the business assets being monitored — such as Orders, AI Models, Vehicles, or Bank Accounts — each linked to a Resource Type and a Business Domain defined in the Profile's Template.
🧭 Accessing the Resource Summary View¶
To access the Resource Summary:
- Open the desired Profile from the Home Screen.
- From the Profile's secondary menu, click on Resources.

The Resource Summary panel opens, displaying all resources currently registered in this Profile.
🗂️ What You'll See¶
The Resource Summary panel lists all registered resources with the following information per entry:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Resource Name | The unique name identifying the business asset. |
| Resource Type | The taxonomic type this resource belongs to (defined in the Template). |
| Domain | The Business Domain the resource is associated with. |
| Environment Mappings | The environment(s) and data source tables linked to this resource. |
| Status | Indicates whether the resource is active or inactive. |
| Actions | Edit or delete the resource. |

🔍 Filtering and Searching Resources¶
You can filter the resource list using:
- Search bar — filter by resource name or type.
- Domain selector — filter by Business Domain.
- Resource Type selector — narrow down to a specific type.
- Page size selector — control how many resources are displayed per page.
⚙️ Available Actions¶
From the Resource Summary, you can:
- Create a new Resource — register a new business asset manually.
- Edit an existing Resource — modify name, type, domain, or environment mappings.
- Delete a Resource — remove a resource from the Profile.
