User Menu

The User Menu provides quick access to account settings, notifications, administration tools, and session management. It is accessible by clicking your user name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

The menu displays your full name and email address at the top, followed by two grouped sections and two standalone actions at the bottom.

MY ACCOUNT

Option Description
My Profile Opens your personal profile settings, where you can update your name, password, and two-factor authentication preferences. See My Profile.
Notifications Opens your notification inbox showing platform alerts and system events. See Notifications.

ADMINISTRATION

Visible only to users with administrator privileges.

Option Description
User Management Opens the User Management dialog to manage users, roles, and service accounts for your organization. See Managing Users.
Organization Settings Opens the Organization Settings panel to configure organization-level preferences. See Organization Settings.

Session Actions

Option Description
Logout Terminates your current session and redirects you to the login screen. See Logging Out.
Delete Account Permanently deletes your account and all associated data. See Deleting an Account.

Administration section visibility

The ADMINISTRATION section is only visible to users with administrator-level permissions. Standard users will only see the MY ACCOUNT section and the session actions.
