Top Navigation Bar¶
The Top Navigation Bar is the persistent header visible across all BizMetry screens. It provides session context, quick access to platform actions, and navigation shortcuts.
Navigation Bar Elements¶
The bar is organized into three zones: left, center, and right.
Left Zone¶

| BizMetry Logo | Click to return to the Home Screen from anywhere in the platform. |
| Search Profiles | Free-text search box to quickly locate a profile by name. |
Center Zone¶
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Location + IP | Displays the detected geographic location and public IP address of the current session (e.g. Canoga Park, California · 76.50.194.196). |
| Cloud Edition | Badge indicating the current deployment mode. Shows Cloud Edition for cloud-hosted instances or Private Edition for PCE deployments. |
Right Zone¶

| + New Profile | Opens the Create Profile wizard to define a new telemetry profile. |
| Notifications | Opens the notifications panel showing platform alerts and system events. |
| Help | Opens contextual help or links to the documentation site. |
| Settings | Opens platform-level settings. |
| User Menu | Displays the current user's name and avatar initials. Click to open the user menu, which provides access to My Profile, Notifications, User Management, Organization Settings, Logout, and Delete Account. |
| Menu | Opens the Main Menu for access to all platform modules. |
Instance Info Bar¶
Directly below the navigation bar, a secondary bar displays build and organization metadata for the current instance:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ORG | The organization name associated with the current account (e.g. BizMetry). |
| VERSION | The running version of the BizMetry platform (e.g. 1.5.0). |
| BUILD | The build date of the current deployment (e.g. 2026-05-27). |
| All systems operational | Live status indicator. Green dot means all platform services are healthy. |
