Deleting an Account

BizMetry allows account owners to permanently delete their account directly from the user menu. This operation is irreversible and removes all data associated with the account.


How to Delete Your Account

  1. Click your user name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar to open the user menu.
  2. Select Delete Account at the bottom of the menu.

  1. A confirmation dialog will appear — follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.

This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account permanently removes all associated profiles, templates, agent configurations, and telemetry data from the platform. There is no recovery path.


What Happens After Deletion

Once confirmed, BizMetry permanently removes:

  • Your user account and credentials
  • All profiles, telemetry templates, and environment configurations linked to the account
  • All agent registrations and their associated data
