BizMetry Building Blocks¶
BizMetry's observability model is built from a small set of core concepts. Understanding how they relate to each other makes it much easier to navigate profiles, templates, and the rest of the platform.
| Building block | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Telemetry Profile | The top-level container for a project's telemetry configuration — environments, clients, resources, and agents all live inside a profile. |
| Telemetry Template | The blueprint that defines what data a profile captures and how it's structured. |
| Client | An external entity that consumes your business resources through APIs. |
| Resource | A business asset (ASBO) that you want to monitor, track, or analyze. |
| Business Domain | A bounded context that groups related resources together. |
| Resource Attribute | A measurable property of a resource, tied to a business KPI. |
| Telemetry Frame | A captured data point set representing the state of a business event. |
How they fit together¶
A Profile is configured by a Template, which defines the Business Domains, Resources, and Attributes relevant to your project. Clients consume those resources, and every captured business event produces a Telemetry Frame — the underlying data point that powers BizMetry's dashboards and alerts.
